Confidence Starts with Calm

Are you afraid to show the world who you really are? Trust me, you are not alone. Fear of judgment and criticism is a natural survival mechanism, but left unchecked, it can leave us paralyzed. Together we’ll work to quiet the inner critic, trust yourself, and step into a version of you that feels authentic, capable, and free.

What is Confidence Coaching?

Confidence coaching is a forward-focused process designed to help you build self-trust, overcome fear of judgment, and step into your full potential. A confidence coach supports you in identifying limiting beliefs, setting meaningful goals, and taking practical steps to show up with courage and clarity in your personal and professional life.

Confidence coaching is NOT therapy. Unlike therapy, which often explores past experiences and focuses on healing mental struggles, coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. There is NO diagnosis in coaching. Confidence coaching is ideal for people who feel stuck, want to grow, and are ready to take action with guidance, accountability, and encouragement. If you are suffering from a severe mental illness, it is encouraged that you work with a mental health provider to supplement your coaching.

The first step is showing up. It’s understandable to be unsure or have questions before starting, which is why we offer a free 15 minute consultation. Hourly sessions start at $200.

About Me

I’m traditionally trained as a therapist, however have found that therapy can be limiting in building confidence in ourselves. Too much focus on our past can often lead to more rumination and doubt. I struggled many years with my own confidence and found that practical direction, taking action, and not taking ourselves so seriously are more effective ways of building confidence. I believe my lived experience also allows me to understand the true struggle of self doubt on an emotional and mental level.

I grew up in New York and have been a die hard Mets and Jets fan my entire life. I might also reference Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm more than necessary during our meetings. I look forward to working with you!
